1. Drop Off Service
Our Drop-Off Service requires a 20-person minimum and includes free delivery for the first 20 miles. Any delivery beyond 20 miles will be charged. If you need to keep your food warm during service, we offer chafer rack setups for $15 each, which include a rack and two 2-hour sternos. The chafer racks are yours to keep for future use.
2. Buffet Style Onsite Service – $250.00
This option requires a 75-person minimum and includes full buffet setup with warming chafers, themed decor, and heavy-duty paper plates, plasticware, and napkins. The buffet is available for 90 minutes of serving time, after which we tear down, pack up, and foil-wrap any leftovers for you to keep. Additional service time can be added at $150 per hour.
3. On Site Mobile Catering – 20% of the total bill or ($300.00 minimum)
With this premium option, you get everything included in the Buffet-Style Onsite Service, plus Smoking BBQ Bob will bring our state-of-the-art mobile BBQ trailer with an onboard commercial smoker to your event, creating an authentic BBQ ambiance and freshly smoked flavor on-site. Please note, this option requires a minimum order of 75 people.
