1. Drop Off Service
20 person minimum, free delivery within 20 mile radius. Additional charge beyond 20 miles

(Need temporary chafers to keep your food warmduring your events serve time? Each chafer rack ordered will include
Two – 2 hour sternos. $15 per set up and the chafer racks can be saved for future events.)
2. Buffet Style Onsite Service – $250.00
75 person minimum, On site buffet style catering includes set up of buffet with warming food chafers, decor, and all heavy duty paper plates, plastic wear and napkins. The buffet is left up for 90 minutes of serving time before we tear down, pack up, and leave. We will cover any remaining leftovers in foil for you to enjoy after we leave.
$250.00 for the 90 minutes of serving time. *(additional time can be added if desired at $150 per hour).

3. On site mobile catering with our State of the Art BBQ Trailer Kitchen – 20% of the total bill or ($300.00 minimum)
You get everything in option 2 above, plus Smoking BBQ Bob will bring his top of the line, State of the Art Mobile BBQ Trailer with an onboard commercial smoker to your event for that extra BBQ ambiance!
